Full Extract Cannabis Oil

 WHAT IS IT?

FECO is a highly concentrated, whole-plant extract that is known to provide one of the broadest spectrums of cannabinoids and terpenes available - the components responsible for the medicinal benefits of cannabis. Due to this fact, many consider FECO to be one of the most potent and versatile medical cannabis treatment options as it offers the largest range of cannabinoids and terpenes to boost each other's effects based on the entourage effect. In medical circles, FECO is considered to be no less than revolutionary in its capabilities and versatility. All over the world, FECO is being used by patients battling a wide variety of chronic and in some cases fatal diseases.

WHY FULL EXTRACT IS BEST.

The cannabis plant itself contains over 500 biologically active compounds.

It is believed that the combination of all of the different compounds - cannabinoids, terpenes, and more - make cannabis so effective. This term for synergy is known as The Entourage Effect.

Full Extract means that a wide range of cannabinoids are included

You will get the most benefits from a full Extract product because all of the cannabinoids work together synergistically to provide the body with what it needs.

INDICA STRAIN

Commonly associated effects of use: Indica is sought after for its intensely relaxing effects. It may also help reduce nausea and pain and increase appetite.

The general perception is that indica is an effective pain reliever, with a flat and relaxing high.

As the relaxation and calming strain that it is, indica is perfect for both mental and muscle relaxation.

Extra sore from your workout? Need to decompress from a stressful week? Indica has got your back. Indica gets you that body high that makes it all that much harder to get off of the couch and increases dopamine, which brings on a wave of true peace.

The strain is also known to decrease nausea, help treat acute pain, reduce anxiety, help combat seizures, as well as aid in treating lupus and multiple sclerosis. That’s quite a list of benefits, but are we surprised? Not at all. It’s indica.

BENEFITS

  1. PROMOTES SLEEP

It has long been common knowledge that one of the best medical uses for indica strains is to promote sleep. Indica marijuana strains are without a doubt your best option if you’re looking to get a better night’s sleep — and there is now scientific evidence to prove it.

  1. RELIEVES STRESS AND ANXIETY

High-CBD cannabis is preferable over high-FECO cannabis when it comes to anxiety relief. And, of course, as we discussed earlier, CBD is more prevalent in indica cannabis than it is in sativa.

  1. RELAXES MUSCLES

Out of the top-12 strains that cannabis reviewers identified as the best muscle relaxers, only one of them (Amnesia) was a sativa strain. The other 11 were either pure indica breeds or indica-dominant hybrids.

  1. REDUCES PAIN AND INFLAMMATION

Americans for Safe Access (ASA) is a globally recognized organization dedicated to “advancing legal, medical marijuana therapeutics and research.” In their educational resource titled the ASA “Guide to Using Medical Cannabis,” one of the top therapeutic effects of indica cannabis was to help reduce pain and inflammation. Again, this is likely due to the presence of full-spectrum CBD in indica-dominant weed varieties.

SUMMARY

There is a clear pattern here when discussing some of the top medical uses for indica marijuana strains.

Research investigations have pointed out that indica plants tend to have more CBD than sativa. We see that most indica effects are consistent with the perceived effects of CBD. Namely, we see that people commonly use indica strains for:

Sleep and insomnia

Anxiety relief

Inflammation relief

Muscle relaxation

Soy Binding agent

WHAT IS IT?

The soy binding we use is a phospholipid that can be found within eggs, avocados, soybeans, and sunflowers. The substance acts as a binding agent that keeps ingredients stuck together. It may even play a role in increasing the potency of oil/edibles. We take a closer look at what is going on. Just like the process of growing cannabis plants, adding the flowers into oils /food recipes and creating oils/edibles is an art form. There are countless recipes out there now and almost any dish, whether sweet or savoury, can be infused with cannabinoids for either medicinal or recreational purposes. Making edibles/oils isn’t always simple, especially for those cannabis enthusiasts who are new to the world of cannabis oils/edibles.

There are many ways to improve certain dishes and recipes, and factors such as flavor, texture, and presentation can be optimized to really make the experience fun and memorable. One secret weapon when it comes to tinkering with weed is the use of a soy binding agent,  an ingredient that can greatly improve the structural integrity of an edible/oil, and may enhance the absorption of the prized cannabinoids within.

WHY SOY BINDING AGENT?

Soy binding agent is a phospholipid, a type of fat, that is often used as an additive within the food to enable certain ingredients to bind and stick together that would usualy repel each other. Binding agents can be found within egg yolks, which is why eggs are frequently used in recipes to thicken sauces and bases. Vegan sources of binding agents include avocados, soybeans, and sunflowers. The binding agent

serves an essential role within the body and makes up parts of cell membranes- the protective barrier that separates the interior of cels from the outside. There is evidence to suggest that our specific soy binding agent may be useful in cases of liver and gallbladder disease, and some even employ it in attempts to treat cognitive impairment, dry skin, and numerous other conditions. Aside from being used as a health supplement, binding agents play a major role in oils and food products. It works as an emulsifying agent and additive that works to stabilize processed foods. It helps foods that usually don’t mix to stay together.

For example, when adding a teaspoon of coconut oil to a cup of coffee the oil wil rise to the top of the liquid, and the two substances won’t mix together. When adding an emulsifier such as a soy binding agent, the two will mix together and stay together, creating a more pleasant beverage. It’s easy to see why binding agents are so important and widely used in food products that use oils and water. Binding agents basically help oil-based ingredients interact and stabilize with water-based ingredients.

Perhaps the best reason to add soy-binding agents to your oils is one that will really get cannabis enthusiasts excited. The emulsifier can act to increase the potency of cannabis in numerous ways, helping users to make the most of the oils they are using. Your body may have an easier time digesting the bound ingredients and will be able to access and digest FECO and other cannabinoids more easily. As well as this, soy binding is known to be a surfactant, a compound that lowers surface tension. This fact means that soybinding agents help to distribute FECO and cannabinoids more efficiently.

MCT oil

THE ROLE OF MCT IN OUR FECO

The role of MCT oil in Wonderplant's FECO oil is to allow a larger concentration of the FECO in your supplement to be absorbed into the bloodstream and begin acting quickly. We all know that FECO is wildly beneficial and most of us want to get the most out of this wonder plant that we can. MCT oils help us do just that. Not only do MCT oils help increase the bioavailability of FECO allowing for quicker delivery and more FECO absorption, but they also happen to be really good for your health.

WHAT IS IT?

MCT oil is a supplement made from a type of fat called medium-chain triglycerides. MCT molecules are smaller than those in most of the fats you eat (long-chain triglycerides [LCT]). This makes them easier to digest. You can absorb MCT in your bloodstream quickly. This turns it into energy you can use.

WHERE DOES IT COME FROM?

MCT oil is usually made from coconut or palm kernel oil. Both have MCT in them. You can buy 100% MCT oil or a mixture of MCT and LCT. The way people get MCT oil from coconut or palm kernel oil is through a process called fractionation. This separates the MCT from the original oil and concentrates it.

PROS  OF MCT OIL

  • Quick absorption due to molecular structure
  • 90% saturated fat, which also aids the absorption
  • Light, thin oil
  • Almost flavourless
  • Doesn’t require chemical processing
  • Less expensive than some carrier oils
  • Slow to break down and go rancid
  • Help with weight loss by reducing your appetite, increasing metabolism, and making your body burn calories faster
  • Have benefits for people with autism, epilepsy, cancer, type 2 diabetes, and Alzheimer’s disease
  • Activate the immune system to fight yeast and bacterial overgrowth

THE BENEFITS OF A CARRIER OIL

Carrier oils, also known as base oils, are used to dilute essential oils and “carry” plant supplements for cosmetic and culinary applications. In the case of FECO, they help the body absorb the product better and also assist with dosing.

When FECO is extracted, the result is some very potent molecules. For some perspective, A 20mg serving of FECO is equivalent to a few grains of sand. By dissolving the FECO in oil with equal distribution, it makes accurate dosing significantly easier. Note: FECO is fat-soluble and therefore cannot be dissolved in water. This is why you need a carrier oil

Beyond easier dosing, dissolving FECO in a carrier oil also aids in absorption. Carrier oils are a source of dietary fat; such fats help the body absorb the molecules. Otherwise, they may pass through the digestive system without any benefit to the body.

HOW TO USE

Remember, we are not doctors. All medical conditions need to be addressed and chronic medication should not be replaced or stopped without talking to your doctor and discussing the possibilities.

Never just stop using your prescribed medications.

Find your sweet spot. Just like with Cannabis oils, Cannabis infused with essential oils is a medicine.  Start slow and low, pay attention to your body, you may take more drops should you feel the need.

Start with 3-5 drops in the evening, for 1 week.

Insert the drops under the tongue, and leave for 60 seconds before swallowing.  Taking the Night Oil 20 minutes before bedtime gives it time to pass through the digestive system without interference. Keep your routine simple (bath, read & sleep) for best results. Start with a low dose & slowly increase over time until you find your "sweet spot.

KEY SIGNS: If you experience headaches/sluggishness you have taken too much. Reduce with 1 drop and monitor another week.

If you feel no effect, go up 1-2 drops - if you feel any of the above effects, you have found your sweet spot. You can continue on this dosage until you no longer feel the benefits when you can continue to add another crop.

Oils can also be applied topically or dropped in the naval.
